Dr. Charles Fultz, DDS
Dr. Fultz is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate in biochemistry from Virginia Tech and graduated from West Virginia University School of Dentistry in the top 5 percent of his class. He completed his dental residency at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base where he received an Air Force commendation for outstanding contributions in infection control. He completed additional training in periodontal (gum) therapy, cosmetic dentistry, and restorative dentistry. Dr. Fultz is a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the Western North Carolina Dental Society, and the North Carolina Dental Society.
Dr. Fultz comes to us from Western North Carolina where he has lived and practiced dentistry for more than 25 years. He is married to his wife Sandra, and they have three sons. Dr. Fultz has a reputation for being a very caring and considerate person, and an excellent clinician. ___________________________________________________________________________________________________
